The fibreglass mesh provides extra resistance to the microcement cladding, because it absorbs small movements that may occur in the substrate.
It reinforces the structure and helps prevent the cracks in the finishes.
Its use also preserves the quality of the microcement, especially when applied on stairs and walls. Its properties bring enormous benefits when covering any spaces.
The thickness of the mesh depends on the granulometry of the microcement to be applied.

1 - If the substrate is damaged, has cracks or fissures, it must be repaired before starting the microcement application process.
Before applying the mesh, the substrate must be clean, dry and completely free of grease and oils.
3 - Once the primer has been applied to the surface, place MyMesh, making sure that there are no pleats and that it does not move.
4 - The mesh can be placed on absorbent, non-absorbent, vertical, horizontal, indoor and outdoor surfaces.
5 - It is advisable to use a 160 gr mesh together with a microcement of XXL granulometry. In this way, a more resistant coating is obtained.
